Laboratory - PM-C
The PTK PM-C Lab series is designed for the production of dry mixtures and wet granulates for small and smallest batches. The user-friendly HMI is designed for easy operation and all products specifications can be saved. The bowls can be quickly changed using the tri-clover system.
Vessel Rack for Additional Vessels
At the PM-C model, additonal vessels for diffenet capacity can be stored at this vessel rack.

The PTK PM-1005, 1015, 1030, 1060 are ideal for laboratory, scale-up or small batch production.

Our Technology
Integrated Conical Mill
Built-in type of Conical Mill at the Mixer. Deagglomeration or delumping of wet granules through the integrated conical mill with screen is available. The rotating impeller forces the material outward to a conical mill screen.
Vessel Lid Opening
Vertical or Declined Swivel vessel lid opening by air cylinder for easy and safe opening and cleaning.
Retractable Spray Nozzle
WIP nozzle protrudes when the WIP starts with water spray into the vessel to prevent the block of the nozzle by the granules.
