The PC-C series tablet coater provides a smooth transition between R&D and small-scale batch production featuring the same efficient coating and heating design throughout the PTK models. Ideally suited for all tablet coating requirements containing a fully perforated drum, side vented design and anti-bearding Schlick spraying nozzles. The coater is controlled via our state of art recipe driven software to allow in-depth monitoring, batch reporting, liquid volume prediction and much more.

 

 

Coating Pan Change Device

 

Interchangeable drums options between 4.5 litres and 24 litres allows for greater batch flexibility and its WIP cleaning system ensures fast, systematic and effective cleaning cycles.

 

 

 

Unique baffle design : Allows even rotation and smooth movement of tablets throughout the pan decreasing tablet damage and increasing a uniform coverage of coating

Our Coating Technology

Improved WIP system

The coating pan & duct in the machine can be cleaned automatically with this system.

WIP nozzles are installed inside & outside of the coating pan for further cleaning.

Through the WIP Rack, detergent, hot water, cold water and purified water can be supplied to the machine and auto cycle by the software is available on the screen. 

 

Spray Gun Swivel Arm

The spray guns together with the compressed air lines are smoothly taken out of the coating pan through a swivel arm block for easy maintenance and cleaning.

 

Gun Fan Air Control

Air pressure in coating spray nozzle is critical parameter for coating quality. 

Pattern and Atomizing air setting is digital technology not manual so the current value display and adjustment are available on the HMI screen.
