Star Wheel & Servo Motor

Star wheel rotated by the servo motor so each capsules can be located on the weight cell correctly.

 

 

 

 

 

Auto Rejection

The capsules which beyond the target weight will be rejected automatically to the bin at the discharge chute.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Auto De-jamming System

If there’s jammed capsule in the feeder, de-jamming system can be functioned and remove the jammed capsules. Manual or Auto mode are available and it can be set on the HMI screen easliy.

 

 

 

 

Capsule Weighing Cell

Weighing cell with air purging system to remove dust on the capsule weight measuring platform. Error rate of load cell can be minimized.
