The PF Series Encapsulation Machine consists of the PF-2000, PF-2000F, and PF-3000 models.
The PF-2000 and PF-2000F are designed for medium-size capsule filling, with a production capacity ranging from 75,000 to 105,000 capsules per hour.
The PF-3000 model is designed for large-size capsule filling, capable of producing 120,000 to 150,000 capsules per hour.
All PF Series Encapsulation Machines provide customers with a variety of filling systems, allowing powder, granule, pellet, or tablet to be filled into capsules either individually or in combination.
Various Filling Combinations
Powder only: Smooth filling of loose powder or tamped powder / slug to aid in difficult product filling.
Powder / Pellets: Single or double pallet filling via patented station*
Pellets: Single or double pallet filling*.
Tablets: Tablet feed via tablet filling station.Combinations: Numerous product combination fills are possible on the PF-series thanks to its modular design.
